A graduate of LeTourneau University with degrees in Design Technology, AS and Industrial Management, BS. Brandon began his career with a leading industrial site construction company based in Houston, Texas. As project manager, Brandon exceled and was promoted to Railroad Division Manager due leadership, knowledge, and creative problem-solving abilities in the industrial rail development industry. Among many notable projects, Brandon led the development of the largest privately-owned railcar storage facility in operation, Northeast of Houston in Dayton. Recognizing the need for a dedicated railroad design and industrial development consultancy, Brandon formed Railroad Design & Development, which today is part of Railroad Infrastructure & Terminal Development, LLC (RITD). In 2018 Brandon became the sole owner of RITD and capitalized on his passion, expertise and knowledge.
A respected expert in the industrial freight rail industry, Brandon’s hands on experience as developer, designer and leading Consultant exceeds 25 years. Brandon’s vast project portfolio includes many repeat clients ranging from small aggregate facilities to large, multifaceted industrial rail served complexes. Brandon prioritizes relationship-building to form long lasting partnerships with clients who are seeking to expand or improve their current and future logistic requirements. His excellent working knowledge with commercial development, ensures that each project is specifically tailored to the clients’ unique mission and goals. Brandon’s tenure in the rail industry provides him a unique advantage dealing with the serving Railroad representatives and site development contractors, which provides for clients a smooth transition throughout all stages of the project development lifecycle experience.
