Beaumont Bulk Liquids Terminal – Port of Beaumont, TX

RITD supported the development of a liquid bulk terminal at the Port of Beaumont, providing track design services to connect a large-scale energy logistics facility to the regional rail network. The terminal is designed as a multi-modal hub, integrating rail, marine, and pipeline movements to handle crude oil and refined products for nearby refineries and end users.

Our team planned and designed the yard and lead tracks, loading and unloading tracks, and supporting site infrastructure, including grading, drainage, and roadway access to accommodate unit train operations and high railcar volumes. By coordinating closely with the client, port, and serving railroads, RITD delivered a rail layout that increases throughput, improves safety, and preserves flexibility for future phases of terminal expansion.
