Gulf Inland Logistics Park – Dayton, TX

Gulf Inland Logistics Park is a master-planned, rail-served development in Dayton, TX, designed to attract a mix of industrial, logistics, and distribution users. RITD supported the park’s development with rail planning, track design, and civil engineering to create a scalable rail network that can serve multiple tenants over time.

Our work focused on main leads, yard tracks, and potential spur locations, as well as grading, drainage, and access to accommodate heavy truck and rail activity. By integrating rail design with the overall site plan, road network, and utility corridors, RITD helped ensure that the park’s infrastructure can evolve as new tenants arrive, without sacrificing operational efficiency.
